Take on a fundraising challenge that will push you to the limits! You could do the task on your own or get some friends together for a team challenge. There’s so many options… here are a few to get you thinking:
- Gather some fitness enthusiasts at your gym and hold a 24 hour bikeathon on the cycling machines, set a distance challenge on the rowing machines or the running machine. Make it an event at your gym.
- Zumba the day/night away or take part in an aerobics-athon….
- Jump out of a plane (with a parachute) by doing a sponsored Sky Dive!
- If you’re feeling really adventurous, why not combine a holiday with an epic challenge! Climb Kilimanjaro, Trek the Inka Trail or the Grand Canyon, Hike to Everest Base Camp, Run the Boston, New York or Berlin Marathons.
